Each Link Up game consists of two categories with six related words in each.  Games can be saved to access at a later time or to share with others.  Pupils use Link Up by dragging links between categories and words.  The game is easy to customize and create on the fly.  It would be a great site to use with an interactive whiteboard.

Children can become the characters in these storybooks from Learn Direct. Each page contains customisable content where they can change some of the text, how they look and add additional items to the pictures. Pupils and parents are also encouraged to read together with word games and puzzles.

It’s addictive and frustrating but you and your pupils will love it! Beautiful images and incredible settings will provide an exciting stimulus for descriptive and creative writing.
